Reminds me of the Southampton game. In other words a team that have struggled but are now bang in form.
We don't do very well when put in these situations and although matching their effort should be the minimum requirement I doubt we will.
Why would you want to play tanganga as a left back ??
He is a natural right sided defender who has the pace and strength to step in at right back from time to time . He did very well there the other night but it was only a middle championship side.

No, why would Aurier be playing up front? Get a grip fella.

Watford have won four of their last five and drawn one, so yes their current form is excellent and a lot better than ours! Purely on FORM they should be fancied to take three points. Don’t dig our gaffer for talking rubbish when it’s sensible and true.
And sorry, you’re suggesting that we don’t play a left back and it’s just ‘Up to the rest of the defence to cover that position if and when needed.’ So we just leave a big hole there and effectively play without any defensive shape or tactics? And that will work yes?

Sanchez had a very goodgame vs Liverpool, but to get Tanganga in you have to sacrafice him or Aurier. Sanchez struggles in these games vs Watford where they are direct and have forwards who can bully weak defenders

We concede from a corner either deeney or Cathcart then watch Ben foster wasting time for the next 80 mins
If we lose it will be 4 points from 6 games, which is quite frankly pathetic.

Why not, our young players are all very interchangeable. I would sooner that than players like Rose and Verts, who are clearly past it now.

They are 4th from bottom, so their form from the start of the season, is clearly a lot worse than Spurs. A couple of wins don`t suddenly make them world beaters.

I am pretty confident Hounslows, I can see a decent victory 3-0 or something similar. Spurs are not that bad, that they cannot be turning over the likes of Watford. If they get their shooting boots on, I expect the game wrapped up by half time.
Aurier has been awful in the games I've seen involving Spurs this season, Rose has been worse, and Sandy, get off your high horse, just because someone disagrees you shouldn't be filtering them?
