Never seen anything like it. Mancs will say they got the same. Yes they got a lot of jealousy but nothing like this. Literally every matchday there is a new excuse. VAR, doping, weak league etc. I am really excited to hear next weeks excuse.

To be fair there are a lot that are ok and recognise we are doing ok , but lately the excuses from some posters have become embarrassing
Tbf to city fans. I have not seen any of them make excuse re the league being rubbish.
I think of the city team that smashed the 17/18 season. I pretty much thought they were just awesome and so far ahead of the rest. I think everyone at the time felt they were one of the best if not the best team ever seen in the premiership.
No one mentioned then that everyone else was poor or in transition.
It just seems strange that now when we are doing something similar the league and european football has become rubbish or are in transition. That season was i think klopp 2 and half season, maureen 2nd with united and Arsenal with wenger in his last year I think. I think it was Conte's 2nd season as well.
In thread below i also pointed out the points for 2nd and 3rd this year is similar or same as that year.
So why now is it that the league is poor? Very strange.

It’s just an excuse people are making to try and undermine what Liverpool are doing.
I have a vested interest. It’s a proud achievement what city did and it looks like Liverpool are going to smash the records for points total.
I don’t want you to break it, but you probably will. So I can do one of two things:
Undermine what you’re doing
Or
Acknowledge what you’re doing.
If you achieve it, then I will choose the second option.
No matter who you support, hats off to Liverpool. City raised the bar, and Liverpool look like smashing it.
As a fan of football, I just admire what you’re doing. As you’re fans of liverpool, you get to enjoy it.

Chelsea fans when they won the CL.
I know you're used to this whole winning the PL thing but you guys were amongst the most bitter fans about united success yet for some reason are stunned rivals fans are doing it to you now.
