Fred Shakthar pulled an absolute blinder there
He played well and has improved a lot.
It's a pity that a lot of you on here never gave him a chance and wanted him out.
I like Fred. Stood up today and was even willing to try and beat a man, take a risk etc. Been decent for a while now. Probably only a squad player in a genuine top side but with McTominay and a good AM he’d be fine for now.
Would rather see Liverpool win it, at least they've done it without the help of a sugar daddy
Fred has been quality for month's now, if he carries on like this he will be worth every penny.
Free can’t shoot, can’t pass and has no footballing brain. He shot later on this game when he should have played a through ball.

Why are you even on our board?
Fred’s been much improved this season. Decent again today.
We still need at least 3 or 4 additions of better quality than we already have though

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I see McTominay is a squad player long term with Fred good enough to start.

Fred been a lot better recently but I’d still argue that we need better if we want to compete at the top. But as we’re miles away from that he’s probably at the level we currently need.

Vardy
He was very good today, and Shaw, who I often deride, was good against Mo.
Whilst I don’t follow Fred all that closely, I’ve always thought he was a joke but this was the best I’ve seen him play by miles. He’ll need to keep playing like this.

Possibly! Those two competing for one position in a three, with top players in the other two, is where we’d like to be.

He's been putting in these sorts of performances for the last 15 games
It takes some longer than others, but we are all seeing the quality player some of us knew him to be.

Left of a back three is arguably the ideal position for him.
I think he is better than McTominay tbh

Definitely more gifted imo.
I don't think he was anything special today. Just did a standard job for me.
Was fred that good though. I thought wij over ran him and that first 15 mins in 2bd half he git mauled along with bissaka. He came into it at the end of second but liverpool I felt were dropping deeper.
I think the Fred plaudits are over the top personally.
That said, he’s ten times more use to the team than Matic.
