Either that or Gary McAllister is French...
Looking forward to going on Wednesday, Killie gave us more tickets so i'm not sure if we're getting both stands again or if it's staying as one stand then maybe a bit at the side of the one with the dugouts.
Btw, i think we've sold 8000 tickets for St Johnstone
Comment deleted by Site Moderator
Aye they made a baws of it when they announced they were cutting our allocations.
St Johnstone have done the right thing, whether they like it or not, we'll always take up the tickets and it makes for a better atmosphere at the games.
Btw, must say i was depressed looking at the attendance for that United v Hibs game yesterday, thought there was a ridiculous amount of empty seats.

I'd say wee lassies are the least of anyone's concern of what's in your shed.

I expect most clubs will now come round to the thinking its better to have paying people in the ground.
The behaviour of Hibs Hearts and Killie over this has been idiocy
Having thousands of empty seats rather than opposition fans in them
Not sure empty seats really help the home team much.
Just Aberdeen to see sense now though I wouldn't hold your breath on that.
As for the thread in general its interesting the number of Celtic players names mentioned in being good not so good new etc.
Rangers on the other hand its really the 11 v Celtic + Arfield and maybe Helander.
That's the 13 we aim to have on the pitch every week.
Injuries suspension will mean have to play the fringe guys and it looks like both teams are in the same boat with that.
The fringe guys aint all that good
We will get away with one or max 2 at a time but beyond that we become drop dead ordinary.
We are settled going forward quite possibly because we have no money to change it anyway.
Celtic seem to have one or two questions to be answered regarding the selection (if I believe this thread) with pretty big money being spent and a number of guys on the fringes.
Maybe freshening up will help Celtic, or maybe the stability will help Rangers
Time will tell.

Can't argue with any of that really.
I think it would be a cat amongst the pigeons should Rangers lose Morelos for 4 or 5 weeks to injury but he appears to be someone who is never injured which is hugely frustrating
Jamie Murphy away to Burton Albion.

Can't argue with that either
Morelos is key to Rangers challenge
I worry about Tynecastle without him
As pash as Hearts have been you just know they will raise the game.
Going there without Tav and Alfie makes it much more difficult.
As good a goal scorer as Defoe is, he is an empty jersey in the 4-3-3 set up.
We will only get away with that for a short time.

Barker
Ojo
Halliday
Edmunson
Helander
Flan
Arfield
Defoe
That's about it beyond the team that played Celtic.
It doesn't fill me with any confidence should we be without some regulars for any length of time.

That’s why I thought we’d get a striker in even on loan
As good as Defoe still is he’s not perfectly suited to the rest of our side
He’d be the one loss we’d really struggle with
Could even lose McGregor easier
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's interesting this because you average more goals per game with Defoe in the team than you do with Alfie.

Helander and Edmundson ok short term

Arfield has been better recently
Either of the 2 CBs will be fine.
I actually hope we see Flan at RB on Wednesday and Sunday.
He is a pretty good defender and that's his position though he has hardly had a chance to play there.
