Isn't Auba injured right now and (thankfully) not really what they are looking for right now as Suarez is crocked for 4 months and they need a striker who's up and running immediately?

I think they are more likely to go for Cavani or a prospect to replace Suarez who's getting old. There are quite some decent looking Spanish ones with potential to becoming world class.

If Barca offered over £60Mil we would be stupid not to sell. Guy has 18 months on his contract are we really that well off we can lose another 60mil player for nothing?

No, he has a 3 match ban for a red card he got

It’s only worth taking now if you can replace him properly this month (which we can’t really). He’s a very important player for us, and without him we’d really struggle to salvage much from this crap season. If a decent offer comes in the summer, then with a player of his age and contract it’s worth taking. It’s not worth taking anything for him in January unless it’s ridiculous offer

Pretty sure he’ll leave in the summer unless we somehow sneak into the CL.

Martinelli is our only world class player. Getting Auba out will let Gabigol shine.
