1. Strange one. I think you have to blame it on the Christmas slump we always seem to have. Opposition teams know we are vulnerable at the back and they thrive on it. You only had to see WBA the other week goading the ref for playing advantage instead of giving the freekick as they knew they could hurt us. Think we just got caught flat footed tonight after a 10 day break, we don't seem switched on at set pieces at the best of times.

2. No need for the ear cupping, his goals weren't exactly brilliant nor worth bragging about. He doesn't deserve the abuse as his all round play an effort is very good. A good response for him after the JKA fanfare.

3. Mentality tonight was excellent second half, we do possess the ability to pull of some cracking comebacks, although that's not a trend we should be getting ourselves into.

2) he was putting his hands over his ears i believe to drown out the cheers - If you are not going to get behind me when I miss why should you get behind me when I score. Roofe and wood have both done similar which says more against the moronic fans who continue to get on the backs of players who give everything for the cause. Is it any wonder they leave the club at first opportunity ?

Bamford scored a brace yes but his work off the ball again stood out, chasing a lost cause all the way back so Millwall couldn't mount an attack, harrying the keeper so his clearance was poor and the booking for preventing a clearance from the keepers hand, not sure why that's deemed as unsportsmanlike, you do that to any other player and you get no card, surely the amount of time the keeper wasted in the first half was worse.

Bamford scores 2 goals from literally a yard or less with no one around him after some good build up play from
His team mates. If he cupped his ears like that does show he’s out of touch and arrogant - needs to pipe down and carry on working

How thick do you have to be not to be able to spell "Millwall".

The mind boggles.

It is specifically spelled out in the Laws of the Game that an opponent can not prevent the goalkeeper from releasing the ball. Her got away with it once and penalized the second time. Specified as an indirect free kick offense:

“ • prevents the goalkeeper from releasing the ball from the hands or kicks or attempts to kick the ball when the goalkeeper is in the process of releasing it”

Likely cautioned as he did it repeatedly and thus guilty of persistent infringement.
