Bamford needs chances that are a yard of few inches from the line - like he did against Millwall.

I'm sorry but I don't remember Bamford missing a sitter today. I do remember Harrison fluffing his lines from two yards out. He was dreadful today. Bamford might not have been good but he wasn't to blame for that.

Remember the goal Pablo scored with a header? That was down to Eddie Nketiah. Made a short pass to Harrison ( I think? ) on his left, then went tearing up the pitch in a straight line into the opponents' penalty area. Defenders caught in two minds, Harrison (?) plays a cross across the face of goal and Pablo is there to head home from beyond the far post. Simple, and beautiful

But I am starting to worry that you may be
one of those fans who is so fooking delusional
about Bamford that they refuse to admit the
obvious: he's a shi 1 Te striker. Not a natural
finisher. And ultimately costing us promotion.
This argument that he "holds the ball up" is
mental to the extreme. He holds our progress
up more like. As in, he's costing us the Prem.
No other striker could get this many chances
thanks to the team, miss the vast majority,
and still be lauded. Get an actual striker in
the team and the difference would be huge.
Too many idiot fans with heads in sand.
