I do hope this is a wum, otherwise you're a fool.
Point 1.You haven't heard United fans saying that.
Point 2.it took Ronaldo a season to come good.
Point 3.He arrived in England yesterday. Not quite enough time to slot into the team.
All your other points were right.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

How goes life in the Sud 52?

I love your optimism

You have the live and let live attitude I hope to have now. Realising things like winning in football isn’t the most Important thing, or even close.

By that, I mean that attitude is more prevalent as you get older, I find

he's got a long way to go to scale the heights of Naby Keita that's for sure

he has just taken the PL by storm, completely agree with the hype about him being Gerard, Essien and Zidane rolled into one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Certainly has. Keita will be picking up a PL winner’s medal in a few months. And a few days later, Bruno will be playing in a ropey cup qualifier in a city you’ve never heard of.

The thing about Keita is we don’t need him to be amazing. He can be a squad player and come in and just be solid when we need him to, like today. Our first team is already so strong.

United need their new signings to work and be quality as they’re lacking it in their first team currently. I do think Fernandes will work out and be a good player for them as it happens, but the difference in what we require of Keita and what you require of Fernandes is very different.

I wanted Liverpool to sign him. I think he'll be a top PL player by the end of next season. Unfortunately.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep. I think he looked pretty good considering he’s had max 1 training session with his team, he dominated the play in the first half but tailed off in the second half.

He’s also someone who will benefit greatly from Pogba coming back, as that’ll be another player in midfield who can actually get on the ball and dictate play.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pogba is generally pretty poor at dictating play. Atleast when looked at a team overall. He’s good at putting cutting passes in, and final balls, but he lacks tactical awareness and the brain to be the full run of the team. He will however offer some foul for Bruno and has the skill to link well with him, but don’t expect him to control games.

To play them both together would be suicide for United in this current side. I'd say the signing of Fernandes means Pogba is gone.

He’s a good player. The press over here made a song and dance about him when he signed for Utd but he’s very renowned for going missing in big games.
He controlled most games for Sporting but up against the likes of Benfica Porto, even Braga he goes missing.

that wasn't my point.

you want to mock a player playing in a new league after maybe 1 real training session who actually looked good till he faded, yet everyone heard from this board about this incoming force of nature from RB who was going to be a revelation, take the league by storm.

now you need him as "solid" back up to Henderson.

expectations changed?

Fair enough. I do think him and Bruno will greatly benefit playing together though. If Pogba comes back for you that is.

And your midfield will be much stronger, they need a bit more movement ahead of them though. Far too static at times

I haven’t mocked him at all. I’ve said i thought he did well today, particularly in the first half and will be a good signing for you.

I’m just saying for any united fan trying to mock us for Keita, you’re not going to bother any of us. He’s a squad player for a side who’s marching toward an unbeaten season and the title, it’s not going to get a rise out of us. We simply don’t care if he’s good or shiiiit
