City don’t even have 5 fans on this site đ
Ha ha ha ha....
City: "The rules don't apply to us, we're sportswashing an oil rich nation state with a dubious human rights record...'
UEFA: "Hold my beer"
Wow, never thought they'd have the balls to do this
Does this open up another CL slot for 5th place?

Simply put, this is a case initiated by UEFA, prosecuted by UEFA and judged by UEFA. With this prejudicial process now over, the Club will pursue an impartial judgment as quickly as possible and will therefore, in the first instance, commence proceedings with the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the earliest opportunity.

Court of Arabitration?

They’re so loyal they’re all at the hearing.
Hang on a second , lads ... This might be one of those days when all three posters on the City board might actually get active!
Fingers crossed
So if City are banned what happens to their CL spot?
Supposedly it goes to the 5th placed team. The PL can hand out the 4 places however they like I think. The could give it to the FA cup winners, but probably can't change the decision half way through the season.
City fans don’t care about the CL anyway so I’m sure this news won’t bother them.
Give them a transfer ban as well. Go on UEFA, throw the book at them.

On the other hand, booing the CL anthem from your sofa just isn’t the same...
It'd be pretty funny if we did finish 5th and then had to battle City in court for that final CL place over the summer. Could be Ed's finest hour although he'd probably only hire top lawyers one at a time!

big deal. it's not like they're ever going to win it.
They're also being given a points deduction, presumably to put them off an appeal. No CL qualification due to points deduction and then 2 more years when the ban is upheld.
I feel gutted for Melton, but overjoyed for what this will do to PPLL. It's bad for the city, but realistically it gives us a decent chance of not losing the Adidas money. Pep should show some character and stay with the club, because it would be easy to leave for greener pastures.
