Only seen him once in Scotland.
Was on the same stage as him Co Clare 1983 not as an invader tho. Was
at the Willy Clancy fest in Milton Malbay & his sister was running the
catering. Grumpy bastirt he was - not long after the Planxty split &
before he reached cult status. They needed another guitar / mandolin so
I was background for 4/5. Life's been downhill since then<sigh>
