You also underrate how good we are

Good results everywhere for us. To be honest the only team I fear is us!

Why is it than we are the only side to pick up a poor result there’s hysteria on here. But we are the only side to win in top 7 today and those same people won’t be interested.

The league is what it’s always been. Up and down because it lacks the quality of the premier league. That will never change because the players that perform week in week out at the the top level play in the premier league.

Fantastic win. Really happy for Ayling. Great lad.
Team showed balls of steel to get that win. And
as others said, those around us fooked it up.

Let's hope you're right LIW. Need this to be our year.

The Fulham result is hard to believe, beaten 3 - 0 at home by the bottom side. Just shows that in this league anything can happen.

Fulham 0 Barnsley 3 - Funny old game...

total domination. reading will be tougher so we must keep up the tempo.
we have to score more than once though. surly that's not too much to ask.

Good performance today, great results elsewhere, same old problem of scoring but feeling a lot more optimistic tonight.

BBC saying 21 shots for us 6 on target 1 goal.

Glad we won, but, hell do we make it hard for ourselves.

I'm not sure whether we're sh!t shooters in front of goal or whether the final pass is to blame...

Stop just looking at results and look at performances.

Take a look at Fulham’s result after we spoke about their last performance too.

Watch more games and you will understand so much more honestly

We try to score the perfect goal too often.

We need to train to just either hit across the 6 yard box like the West Brom game. 2 own goals because of the drive and hope. Or put you laces through it and expect a rebound if through. The cut backs look so much better when they work. But the percentages say hit it

Hard to decide who was most wasteful in front of goal. Bamford or Costa, and Agustin joined in the fun with his chance in the box. Do we aim for the crossbar or the goalkeeper in shooting practice? Does Bamford get a bonus for scuffing clear shots on goal or falling on his backside? WTF is going on? We should have been out of sight and yet, today and every week, we are holding on for dear life. So frustrating, given the quality of our midfield play.

Great result against an in form team and not just that but pretty much every other result went our way....we could not have had a better Saturday.

I really hope that these 1nils are enough, I really really do.

I have learnt to live with not taking our chances but just cut out the silly mistakes and we might just make it!

You gave a very different idea of holding on for dear life to the rest of balanced people. Yes we should have scored a second at least but the performance was immense against a top side and you’re pretending we were clinging on because you can’t accept you have got our ability wrong

No way were the lads clinging on! As fans we were all expecting the worst but the players saw the game out brilliantly!

They had one header first half and one shot second half. They were schooled to be honest. Even their commentators said they deserved nothing from that game.

Defense was great today.

Kiko was fine too, he needed that clean sheet as much as anyone and hopefully it will help with the nerves.

I was so damn angry with him after the last game but cant really fault him today

Mistakes at the back were the difference to a results. Not much else. Keep clean sheets. Win games

Derby home to Fulham on Friday. Come on Derby!

Then West Brom V Bristol Saturday. Should be interesting if we can win at home again.

Need to take this chance!

Delightful and frightful at the same time. Some of the missed chances are getting beyond a joke now. Gotta to be killing games off ffs.

The tension comes from 21 efforts and just 6 on target. The tension comes from Kiko miskicking to one of their forwards, or Wells missing a good chance. Because we know that opposition forwards have a huge scoring to chances ratio against us, and we know that Kiko folds under pressure. Chance after fooking chance goes begging. It's ridiculous. It's not enough to say 'this is a poor league'. The fact is, we should be out of sight and but for Orta's profligacy in the transfer market, and Bielsa's blind loyalty to his misfiring front line, we would be. Mark my words, we will get caught out again, and we cannot rely on the unreliable form of our challengers to bail us out every week. Today, we bought some breathing space, but have we turned a corner? No fooking chance.

Yes we haven’t won nearly as many points as our performances deserve.

That’s exactly what I am saying. If we had put our chances away and not made the mistakes at the back we would be miles ahead.

And that’s what I have been saying!!! We are a great side. Cut out the mistakes and we will be fine.
