Arteta wants the right back to come inside. City did the same with Walker

Very good point OP. Have the same problem with Bellerin. His positioning is strange at times.
Its tactical OP.
Bellerin is playing behind Pepe who stays wide on the wing as a wing player should.
On the other hand Aubamenyang is cutting in to be the second striker, thereby leaving space for Saka to be a winger.
Bellerin wouldn’t have scored against Chelsea if he was overlapping
I’d be more worried about how he was defending. Saint Maximan had him on toast for the entire match
