But even when they had their players available they were not great. Lampard has more.of am excuse as only his first season and had not got to spend any of the cast. Ole has no excuses.

Doing nothing other than make yourself look like a t0sspot

To be a good manager you gotta be a great coach first...or at the very least surround yourself by some of the best coaches in the game. You gotta earn those coaching stripes imo and I'm not just talking about passing UEFA coaching licenses...actual coaching on the job as well.

It's all about tactics and putting in the work on the training ground...every club in the PL has money now...it's not so easy to buy your way out of trouble.

for me chelsea have a lot of good players but are just that little bit shy of a quality outfit.

they've got plenty of players but you just feel they lack that drive and leadership right now.
