Mac Arrons isn’t the answer to make our defence better
The problem is the manager doesnt know how to get the best out of Dele, he has proved he is a quality player, but is out of form and is currently being stifled by Mourinhosaurs tactics, due to our wafer thin squad.
By all accounts Joe Lewis was the one who wanted Mourinho, a decision by a non football man with no idea.

This isn’t true mate.
Villa had a price (low) and levy tried to lowball them and hold out as they had to sell due to ffp
They then sold the club and new owners refused to sell at the price villa originally wanted
Levy facked right up

We shouldn't sell him. We can invest in important areas without doing that. Selling him just adds another area where we have to spend.

Yep Poch had to go. I’m not judging Mourinho properly until next season. He’s taken over a bang average side.
Selling KWP, Rose, Dier, Wanyama, Sissoko, and lamela should get us enough to avoid selling a bigger player like Dele. Worst case scenario that's what, 75m? As a extremely conservative estimate
I don’t really rate Dele Ali anymore...
Great first two seasons.... then disappeared after that.
Nice through balls & touches here & there... but can’t hold the ball up, weak in the tackle... just disappears at times...
I would sell him... along with... Dier, Aurier, Davies & Winks...
