I tell you what, I’d sooner be an an Island with tighter border control that be part of Schengen Area.
I think you have got the Government's motives wrong, Sandy.
Are they not thinking of banning over 70's because if the elderly catch the virus they tend to get more serious symptoms?
Having weakened immune systems?
Its NOT that the over 70's are spreading it.
Its what happens to them when they catch it.
