Its not the managers fault we have dropped points for individual mistakes this season.
De Gea basically cost us 4 points alone to Everton this season.
Our stats are comparable to the league leaders. The teams around us bar Chelsea and Man City all have significantly worse stats.
Man City have won 6 of the last 8 league games at OT, with the only 2 games they didn't was under LVG. One of those games a 0-0 we hit the woodwork twice and had a point blank chance saved and the other a 4-2 win.
I say we are due a win at OT against them. I can see us winning 2-1 as Man City know the league is done and the motivation won't be as high as previous derbies.

Very good fixtures after the City and Spurs games so hopefully we’re still in touch after those.
Thing is Mike, not only have the favourable fixtures been what we struggle with, as a betting expert, I notice this is about the time where the relegation candidates become the toughest opposition due to what they have to lose.
Sheffield United are 20th for shots on target this season but are ahead of us in the league.
Things have been positive because the style has improved, we are playing better and a clear path can be seen.
Losing today changes nothing (at least to a reasonable person) and if the way Ed sounds can be believed, not making the CL would have nothing to do with his future.
Half of this CL and bust story is for those who have no vision.

But with how the top 4 ‘race’ has gone this season I’d be surprised if that happened (being 9 points behind Chelsea )

I have been quite impressed by our run. But just as I was horrified by sections of our play, I won’t be manufacturing Ole signs just yet.
6 months of awfulness cannot be wiped by a few gutsy performances buoyed by new player bounce.
We know how long artificial bounce lasts.
