Honestly Quinny. Its the nearest pub to me but I never go in, I prefer another a little further along. Says he has been going in for a couple of weeks now. I was genuinely shocked as ive not heard of any of that carry on tbh. He is one of their best customers tbf

It's nearly 7am here, so I am getting breakfast in the Corona Arms .
Lockdown restrictions have been more or less fully lifted over here in West Australia. I have not been to the pub yet, but was in a cafe all afternoon yesterday with the family, then an Indian restaurant in the evening.
I have lost track of when the UK plans to re open everything like pubs and restaurants etc. Good to see things looking positive there now and restrictions being lifted.
Hope you are all well and we get the football back soon.

I had one in the north years ago. The farts carry wherever you have it I think
Its an acquired taste I think but once you go black you dont go back
I remember seeing an interview Australians did over here with people during the height of the lockdown, asking them what they wanted most when the lockdown eventually gets lifted.
A lot were saying things like pasta, toilet roll, no food restrictions, getting back to sports clubs and gyms etc.
Then they interviewed an Irish guy over here and he simply said , "having the pubs re open so I can have a Guinness" .
