Still feel we need an out and out striker. Love Martial but not sure if he is a proper number 9. If we could get Aubameyang then we would have as good a front 4 or 5 as majority of teams in Europe

That probably depends on how we want to play...

Martials link up play is excellent, he shares an understanding with the better players like Rashford, Pogba and Bruno. His goal scoring record for somebody who drops deeper to receive the ball is also very good. He’s scores every second game.

If we sign a striker who plays on the shoulder of the last defender, our football might suffer.

We saw it with RVN, he was one of the best goal scorers of Prem era but our football became better when we didn’t have an out and out goal scorer. The fluidity of Saha, Ronaldo, Giggs and Rooney won us our first Prem trophy in 3 seasons.

Aubameyang is the best striker in the league imo. He is deadly and his overall play is decent to. I get what you are saying with RVN however Aubameyang is a different type of player and he is very quick. Plus Ronaldo and RVN didn't get on at all.

I think it’s very unlikely we will sign Aubameyang, his age alone means he is not of the profile of player that Ole appears to be looking at. While some will say we maybe need a couple of experienced players as well, I feel that by extending Matic, ole feels the likes of him, Maguire, De Gea, and maybe even Pogba will do this job.

Chelsea won’t be willing or able to spend the £150m it’s going to need to sign him.

By the end of the summer the pound is going to be at (or at least close to) parity with the Euro.

What makes you think transfer fees will be as much as that post-corona ?

Even if we sign Sancho we are more than two or three signings away from competing with the very best. We also need a better manager to do that. But it’ll be a step in the right direction regarding the make up of the squad, our right hand side has been shiiiiiit for years.

We’ll spunkk our entire budget on Sancho, and Chelsea will go out and pick up Berardi or Buendia for £40m along with two or three other players and end up with a much stronger squad.

Sancho in conjunction with another good CM and we will be in business (if there is a next season) imo.

He will be top level for a decade. Worth the investment for sure.

Who would you like us to sign for the right wing if not Sancho, rosso?

I’d love Bernardeschi. I think he’s a magic little player. Not sure what the odds would be though...

Callejon we could probably pry away. I wouldn’t be upset about Buendia either, tbh. He looks better every month to me.

Don’t get me wrong; if I could cherrypick any player in the world to play there it’d be Sancho. Even over Mahrez, Sterling or Salah given his age.

I just think it’ll cost us very, very heavily to get him at the expense of the rest of the side.

Bernadeschi is the Italian Lingard, so I’m not surprised you’d want him.

I like Buendia, to be fair. Though with his penchant for drifting inside all the time it wouldn’t address the lack of width.

Right wing is a pretty low pool of talent, particularly available talent, so it’s gonna be hard to find quality if we can’t get Sancho.

I get the impression we won’t be looking at making a lot of signings anyway. I think some individual improvements will have given the club cause to focus on a big signing in attack.

Bernardeschi is like having two players on the pitch. He can’t dance like Lingard though.

But he does get goals and assists

Barely, he has one goal and one assist this season. He’s an average player.

Chiesa’s the Italian wide man to look at if we can’t get Sancho. Neres looks a real talent as well.

He hasn’t played much this season, has he?

Maybe we could get him on loan whilst Sancho runs his contract down?

He’s a good player but not the best in the league imo.

He’s 31 and pace is a big part of his game.

Our big signings should all be younger players imo.

Started 12 games and made a similar amount of sub apps. But it’s a common theme with him at Juve, he hasn’t got end product which is why he struggles to get into a team that lacks a quality right winger. No idea why you’d want him, he’s an average player and we’ve enough of those already.

Which striker is better? I'd currently he is the best personally
