You don’t have to go out out....open your windows and make a noise.
I get it’s a bit cringey for most Brits, not to mention ultimately pointless in the grand scheme of things but it might cheer a few people up and let them know everyone’s in the same boat.
People living alone might take comfort too, it’s more a human thing than a tangible beneficial thing but make help a fair few people out and feel less alone.
Or you might be the only one doing it and feel like a Pratt but what do you lose? Apart from everyone’s respect...

We are all good mate I’m WFH almost a month Mrs Irish is on paid leave and the hooligan is happy to be off school
I fear though the next 2 weeks here are going to be a severe test of the HSE and the public’s resolve in general mate
