The clubs statement says it’s incoming and already started. Don’t believe a word of that if they are referring to the new guy and not ongoing input from existing shareholders to keep things going.

The investment that has already been received is interesting.
I wonder what form it takes and if it has been declared to the relevant authorities. Was it a loan? A further share issue?
If it happened before the 31st December, we might be able to with it out when we see the unaudited interims.
Last season's interims were signed off and released by Dave King on 25th February.
No sign of them yet for this year.
Although King Was under no duty to sign them off before he stepped down, i find it unusual that he chose not to do so.
He was chairman during the accounting period and had ample time to sign them off.

I don't get this couldn't care less attitude about these matters from Rangers fans.
It's astonishing that it has taken 3 months to bring out an unaudited set of interims for a relatively small business. They are obviously ready if investment discussions are taking place. Why not release them.

The bottom line for a vast majority of fans of any club is that they exist and have a team to go and play football

And if you don’t bother about the business side of things maybe more should. That’s what sunk the club in the first place and the current economic climate and outlook with complete uncertainty will put many businesses to the wall.
Football clubs will be one of the first to feel the pinch. Especially in Scotland.

And I don’t have the time or inclination to study business practices or accountancy
