Tell us again who said we were locking down until June

The Government’s leading epidemiologist.

You are a clown.

He said we must kick down until June. That’s his considered opinion. That’s all. I’m not dismissing it but right now it’s his opinion. He may be right. He may be wrong.

So one more chance. Who said we ARE locking down until June which is what you have headlined from this morning.

Because let me tell you that if that happens then expect thousands of excellent businesses to call in the receivers on Monday.

Thing is. It hasn’t happened has it?

Dolt.

I am a remainer. I believe that the EU is making a rod fir it's own back, it was a time for solidarity, and some leadership coming out of Brussels.

You asked the question, and I answered it. How you choose to process this (clearly new to you) information is up to you. However I’d suggest you put on your big boy pants and just f*cking deal with it.

And let’s not pretend you suddenly give a $hit about business and people’s jobs, as many thousands are going to be lost due to Brexit as well.

Whilst a Leaver I (probably not surprisingly) agree with you. This was a time if ever there was one where a joined up approach made perfect sense.

Well funnily enough, despite what the Brexshit idiots would have you believe, each sovereign country is responsible for their own responses, like SHUTTING THEIR OWN BORDERS as they see fit.

Who’d have thought it.

Indeed.

Which part of that again was against the EU rules?

Not that I blame any country for closing its borders of course.

But were you not the loudest on here screaming for open borders no matter what? And no; nobody could have predicted this could they?

But yet again you claim we should have known and acted sooner and that everything should have been in place to deal with it. Also as part of a “United” EU.

You really are a muddled up person aren’t you?

Nope, crystal clear. It was you and your ilk moaning about how we couldn’t control our borders and too many smelly brown people were invading us, when the fact is, we always could.

But then don’t deal in facts do you, your currency is lies, misinformation, fake news and wishful thinking.

Grow up.

Well at the moment by staying in my home, protecting the NHS and saving lives by helping to prevent the spread of a deadly new virus and not by thinking I know better than the experts.

Try it.

Yawn

What am I wrong about?

And come back to me when you’ve worked out who said we WILL be in lockdown until June.

You’ve been as wrong about this as you were on Brexit and that’s saying something.

What will you have left to rant against come January 1st 2021 when we are well through this and we are completely out of the EU? What a sad existence.

I just f*cking told you, AND showed you.

I think you’re losing your grip on reality, they did say mental health issues would be a big concern during lockdown.

Maybe you should seek some professional online help.

I just f*cking told you, AND showed you.

I think you’re losing your grip on reality, they did say mental health issues would be a big concern during lockdown.

Maybe you should seek some professional online help.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You showed nothing of the sort.

You sir. Are an imbecile
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Meh.

Those who won’t hear, must feel.

Don’t say you weren’t warned.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Warned what?

I’m well aware of the threat. Who wouldn’t be?

I am a remainer. I believe that the EU is making a rod fir it's own back, it was a time for solidarity, and some leadership coming out of Brussels.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well funnily enough, despite what the Brexshit idiots would have you believe, each sovereign country is responsible for their own responses, like SHUTTING THEIR OWN BORDERS as they see fit.

Who’d have thought it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sent most staff home the day before they brought it in and thankfully we had plenty of IT equipment so it was just a few days to set the rest up. I go in every day as I don’t think it right I ask them to work from the office and not me but I’m on my own upstairs and a few times a day have a walk around to talk to whoever is in which next week will be about 5 from the 80 odd. It’s all very surreal.

Industry has practically all but shut down although we expect contractors to dramatically change the way they work to try and get some things moving.

Unfortunately I’ll be starting a process tomorrow.

Not good times. We’ve a record order book too but the safety of my colleagues significantly outweighs that. It’s about survival and protecting employees now

Yeah, very surreal. People adapting as well as possible.

We're all working remotely (those who can) and office closed. Everything is slowly grinding to a halt.

It’s what you tell your colleagues. You know they’re all worried sick about their jobs and they know you’ve been scenario planning. People aren’t stupid.

Good luck with that.

Hopefully it just arrives and we carry on trading. We have actually left the EU so unless the law is changed we go 31st December.

Quite.

It’s merely an insignificant sideshow now. A silly cult and should be dismissed as such.
