FFS I must've said 50 times im not saying its the flu

sooner people like you realize influenza and covid-19 biggest risks are they end in severe respiratory illness, you die the same way of the same conditions.

also half a billion will die? really which red top gave you that intel?

china 1bn people had it outbreak as ground zero, caught completely blind, allowed people to traverse through wuhan through lunar new year lost 3000 people real number is still probably higher but it wasn't 8% was it ? (which is what I assume you think if you think a 7.5bn populated planet will lose 500m)

as I have said come December 31st influenza will of claimed more lives because no-one takes that seriously.

covid-19 will see to a bump in the severe respiratory illness deaths and that's it, meanwhile 100m will be jobless and destitute because we were scared to let nature take its course with the elderly (solely for this virus, not the countless other illnesses we could protect them from)

precisely Iceland 1000 cases.....2 deaths

this is what would actually happen if every one is tested.

0.2% death rate...lets shut the world down and ruin 100m peoples lives

About 10,000 people die in the UK every week anyway.

The numbers related to Corona virus are tiny in real terms.

TPTB are escalating this crisis to extreme measures to disguise what's really going on here.

The collapse of the monetary system and the bailing out of the elites. Read "Shock Doctrine". Never let a crisis go to waste.

$10 trillion will be have been created out of thin air by the end of next week to save the skins of 0.001% of the population.

How do you like them apples?

Yeah, you never did give us your qualifications.

Sorry, I’m not prepared to die or even get sick because of your ignorance.

ok snowflake

This disease which experts far smarter than anyone on here have claimed has infected atleast 10x the reported figures if not more and this has probably a death rate of 0.5% maybe lower is going to wipe the planet out.

The only reason for the mass hysteria is suddenly we care about the elderly when we clearly don’t during flu season, it’s exposed hospital failings and social media hype

That’s all, probably be 10m reported infected by the end, chuck in 500k deaths onto the existing 3.8m respiratory illness deaths we have a year And we all go back to normal waiting for the next overblown crisis once more

But you will die. We all will and some of us before our time.

You ask for people’s qualifications yet you have none of any relevance of your own. Who says you are correct? You?

The studies we hear about now with a little more intonation indicates that the death rate will be far lower that originally predicted. Perfectly natural as we learn.

Nobody is even really talking about 20,000 UK deaths any longer. They may be right and they may be wrong.

We did and we are doing something about it. And we will manage it but the others are right. At what cost? All this stuff about it doesn’t matter is pure ignorance and shows nothing but a childish notion of how the world works. Every single day life and death v cost decisions are made. Calculations on your insurance. Mortgage deals. Loans. Treatment of illness. We live with that and we will live with this.

As for the EU. What EU? Totally defunct and useless. Italy needs massive help. The ECB is refusing because it simply doesn’t have the money. And you think they will all share the pain afterwards? How naive can you be? Even then; with what?

No extension whatsoever. Just trade with each other. You don’t what to take goods because they don’t meet your standards? Fine. They’ll find their own market or they won’t be trading for long. And so much for unity. What a load of nonsense.

This

This 'economic crisis' started back in September when The Federal Reserve began bailing-out the Repo-Market (bank overnight lending) to the tune of HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of dollars! In effect the banks were illiquid ie the system was once again broken before Covid-19, a nameless/faceless 'force majeure', was even a thing.

What a bloody coincidence.

Oh blimey look what the cat dragged in.

I don’t have the qualifications, which is why I listen to the experts.

Remember that Brexit Slimeball Micheal Gove saying “people are tired of experts” ? Yeah, that aged well.

And as for the 20’000 deaths, the chief medical officer said that would be a GOOD result if we can keep it under that.

And the EU? Amazing cooperation with each other, Germany are airlifting stricken Italian citizens to German hospitals to alleviate the pressure on their health care system. (One of the best in the world)

Try again you dumb Tory apologist.

By the time you need a ventilator, you've got less that 5% chance of survival.

Forget the ventilators and buy some testing kits.

The Tories are trying to stage manage current events and turn then into a feel good story about an unavoidable tragedy filled with heartwarming tales of heroism and the Best of British, when in fact it’s a story about a failed, unfathomably greedy, sociopathic, neoliberal system with blood on its hands and a criminally negligent leadership that places the economy before people.

Don’t let them gaslight you. If you’re anything but f*cking angry, you’re not paying attention.
