Stuck at home in 1990 as a kid probably wouldn't be too bad. TV, video games, radio with actual good music, and probably communicating with friends nearby by walkie talkies.
As a grown up though, they'd be little constructive things to do. But you'd have TV at least, with no reality TV crap.

I'd probably have had forearms like Popeye from playing Daley Thompson's Decathlon on the Spectrum 48k.
1990 as a kid a would have been great for me. Around 200 acres to run around and rag the motorbike. As an adult, not sure. Living in the environment that I grew up, I would have plenty to keep me busy. Living where I am now, not sure what I’d do. Probably read a hell of a lot more.
