I saw a bloke in Sainsbury's this morning buying a Sombrero, some salsa and a piñata.

I thought "uh oh, Hispanic buying"

I love people wearing masks constantly fiddling with them, putting them on and off, adjusting them. Lets say his mask caught infected droplets, protecting him from getting infected. Then sure as hell he's got it now

People dont understand how to use the PPE, might as well not wear them at all. Probably less risk they will catch it

I’m a transplant patient, been told to not wear one, even during my 12 week isolation. They just won’t help stopping me get it.

if worn properly, they can sure help but, as u say, most people dont have a clue how to use them.

there is a photo always shown on TV here of a guy in NYC walking along street with his shopping with his mask on his forehead so he can smoke a cigarette.

Not according to my transplant surgeon. They won’t stop a virus coming in. Plus they are to be thrown away, warm and moist masks are just virus playgrounds.

I was told the same. They are useless against a virus.

I totally agree.

work published their procedure for side by side working to include this and that and I made exactly that point and was ignored.

I know how to use the mask cos I've actually done proper gmp garbing compared to this lot.

i wont be going in again as they are a hazard to themselves.

they dont know where I've been but I waltzed in took my own temperature cos nobody was on at 5 past 8am. no log of temps that they were meant to be doing either.

if they get inspected they will be shut down.

They're more from stopping the virus coming out. People still wear them all around the world when they're sick, to stop them passing it to others.
