Lockdown alcoholism

I think that and obesity from lack of exercise could become problematic, if we are locked down for a prolonged period of time. Of course you can still go out for one walk a day, but I would walk further just from going to and from work in normal circumstances. Not that mention I'm eating more through sheer boredom

I’ve been baking bread like there’s no tomorrow..

Right now it’s garlic Parmesan dinner rolls to go with my lasagna.

4 beers deep too.

I don't see the lockdown lasting more than a few more months. The economy can't handle it.

you mean, some of us will survive the virus.

Are you American and or religious in any way?

Can't stand the taste of booze, only drink to get drunk and never drink at home. It's hard to eat healthily during this lockdown, I'm always hungry.

Think the brits living in the UK are moaning about fack all, a nation that loves being indoors except for the 20 sunny days each year so boredom shouldn't be an issue.

It’s unsurprising given pubs, bars and restaurants are closed.

I am neither

and some >99.9% of us will survive it, the death rate is what 3% of those infected?

I just can't get in the right mood to drink. Football got me in the mood.

I rarely drink indoors, maybe a wine here or there once a month but drinking at home is a very unhealthy habit to fall into.

I go into NYC for a all day session every other month but of course that has been curtailed now for the foreseeable.

March madness would be running here right now and that is such an awesome tournament to watch so that would be dominating news here in normal circumstances.

I do think creaking marriages wont survive this.

So, if 3% of infected people die from it, what percentage of infected people will survive it?

In American?

America expects 100-200k dead using the Italy model.

360m people / 150k (midway) dead = 0.41% death rate

360m - 150k people = 359,850,000 people left or 99.9% survivors

what was your point again?

Toilet roll sales are up a silly % as are the sales of rice, pasta, flour and who knows what else.

It doesn't actually mean people are shiitttting far more often, or consuming monstrous amounts of flour. Just that a bunch of caaaants are panic buying and hoarding more than they can currently consume

He really doesn’t. We’re known as being a nation of gardeners. Hard to garden indoors.

No, as usual Cinci just wants to boast (yet again) about how he gotta out’ of the UK. Shame for him that it was to the US, but there you go.

One thing to come out of this situation, really finding out how many JA users are currently living outside of the UK. 😴

OP

Is about UK hitting the bottle.

Not personalties here.

Sorry, am just really hungover and opening a can and don't want to read more personal abuse.
