Much as it may not be his natural position, I think he could rival James for a position on the right wing in time. He could do a job as an attacking mf, but he's obviously not at Bruno or Pogba's level. Any deeper and his lack of physical stature would be an issue. I'm only 5'5" and he's literally the only footballer I've ever heard of who's shorter than that.
The league isn't as physical as it used to be, so he's got a good chance of making it despite his physique.

I hope he signs and then gets a good loan transfer somewhere. He needs to play week in week out against men in a fast and physical league. There's no doubt about his technical qualities nor his intelligence and vision - he's PL quality for sure with a ball at his feet - but his physicality is an unknown. A season or two in the Championship could be just the ticket. Same with Chong in that regard.
