Positives of a lockdown

I feel the positives will be that I will no longer take things for granted like being able to visit my parents at weekends, having sport to watch most days, going for a pint or going to the shop without having to queue outside.

Also I'm one of the fortunate ones who is actually getting paid extra in these times and with nothing to spend it on I will have a decent amount saved by the end of this.

I find I’m on my phone all the time and it’s a real distraction when WFH. I’m sending and receiving ridiculous videos to and from my mates

Has anyone seen the videos with the African pall bearers dancing with the coffins

Must’ve had about 50 of these videos, wild.

Positives........erm.........

Weirdly, we’re actually spending less on food shopping than we normally do, even though I feel like I’m always eating.

My garden is getting finished at long last. Started it 10 years ago.

I’m walking 8 miles with my dogs every morning, which is offsetting the extra food I’m eating.

I’ve decided I’m never going to retire.

The wife is still alive. Although not sure that’s a positive.

Pro’s......No chaav families throwing their McDonalds cartons from the car in front while I’m driving

Con’s..... Not being able to see who comes out on top between a Crow and a Seagull as they fight over a discarded pizza box

So he compared it to a BAD flu and then a MAN flu in one sentence. Make your mind up

Not watching Spurs...I have enjoyed the break and all the excuses of Jose not having enough time to coach players or for them to rest and understanding his amazing tactic book.

Another positive is that I've spent a tiny fraction of my time on here which means ive had to put up with much less of sizzle

Supermarkets less busy and people keeping out the way and not crashing trellises into you

Eco-mentalists keeping quiet for a change.

Less hours for the same pay at work.

Arsenal not losing every week

1. All the dirty tw*ts in Manchester have been taught how to wash.

The one positive thing for me is that it's given me a realisation of how often I would be 'too tired' to cook and find myself at the local takeaways.

The money that I have saved including petrol hopefully would encourage long-term positive behaviour.

Sorry to burst your bubble sunshine but Liverpool haven't been denied the league and quite clearly won't be.

Stay safe...

Maybe if they play bubble football to help comply with social distancing

So many people wearing masks now who probably should have worn them sooner in life.

I always find it's the mask wearers who disobey the one way arrows in the Super Markets
