Exactly this mate.
But also as time for breaking fast gets closer, so a an hour or so before hand, it gets harder. I had gotten to taking the kids out for a walk to kill time
Also I have noticed I eat and drink more since lockdown. Out of boredom
And if u smoke then everyone I know has nearly doubled the amount since lockdown
You should get out for exercise though. Have you tried to see how good a six pack you can get during fasting?

It's actually the most difficult of Ramadans as the mosques are closed. The support and structure it provides at all times and more so in Ramadan can't be overstated...
