Serious question Duke and * - why, if your board are so convinced they are correct, not just release the 'dossier'?

I think that's the whole point of a requisition calling for an independent review. Don't think the op quite grasps that

Why should they?
Answer that.

The SPFL have had plenty of time to answer various questions around this whole voting carry on, the most obvious one being why on earth they released the results of an incomplete vote, 3 days after it was put to members, who had 28 days to respond, and handing Dundee all the power in the process?

I dont hear you badgering the SPFL to either put up or shut up....surprising that

Statement on the SPFL website from Friday 10th April, as at 5pm......

https://spfl.co.uk/news/statement-from-the-spfl-board

"With the Ladbrokes Premiership and Ladbrokes Leagues 1 & 2 divisions each having approved the resolution, we await the voting slip from the one Ladbrokes Championship club that has yet to vote."

Made it blatantly fcking obvious to everyone that if Dundee voted yes or no, it would swing the vote either way.....and as said, this was put up, at 5pm on Friday 10th April, 3 days after they had put this to the clubs, who had up to 28 days to respond if they wished to do so.

Absolutely no fcking reason to release this information, at that time...why did it happen?

Dundee chamhed their vote because other clubs changed theirs and they didnt want to harm the smaller clubs that needed the money.

Why not? Dundee would have known how everyone voted anyway.

They only made it public knowledge but i doubt they didnt already know.

Doesn't matter who it was, whether it was Dundee, Thistle, Hearts, Peterhead, Elgin or Rangers.

No club should ever have been allowed to know, that their vote was now the critical one, which would either see the motion being passed or not.

I cant even begin to imagine what the meltdown would be if this whole thing hinged on Rangers vote, and the SPFL had released this statement, letting Rangers know that they could effectively kybosh the league being ended early, and Rangers could then start negotiating with the SPFL for their vote.....doesn't bear thinking about.

Your 2nd para makes sense. Your 3rd para is, at best, speculative ‘what if’ nonsense. Show us the Rangers evidence otherwise shut tf up

Its a lot of nonsense, there was evidence and then a dossier and it would only be released if people resigned now it will only be released if there is an independent enquiry not by Deloitte apparently.

There is no smoking gun and when will it just be called for what it is any desperate attempt to find any way no matter how fooking ludicrous to make sure Celtic are not awarded the league and therefore 9. How this vote schite will help with that I have no idea. its fooking mince.

I believe you might actually believe that

Most other time are just being scarfy saying no need for investigation
Ffs they want The Hague involved if you don’t get a penalty so I think they would be in favour of this

Here is a suggestion, as a possible way ahead. Why don't Rangers undertake to underwrite the full costs of their
preferred investigation. If they are proved correct then SPFL pay, if, yet again*, they fail to prove their case then Rangers pay the full costs of the investigation.
Sound reasonable?

*This is not slight, however, Rangers have a track record of costs being awarded against them.
