It’s clearly not the same then, as I only get notified twice a day what’s went into quarantine. Just after 7am and just after 4pm.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well that it is rather convenient!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not particularly.

I get that it completely disproves what you’re saying, and therefore you don’t like it, but that’s how it works.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

It really doesn't though.

Have you taken a median sample of how companies' firewalls work?

If you have - then perhaps I could roll with that. But to suggest that you have 'completely disproven' me based on your company's firewall is a bit lacklustre to be perfectly honest.

Rangers issue is with the verdict. Well tough. You don't alwys get life your own way.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually no rangers issue is:

The preparation and content of the briefing note and papers sent to member clubs with the resolution;

The decision to announce the result of an incomplete vote before all votes had been received;

The decision to disregard the vote submitted by Dundee FC and allow them to vote a second time;

The appropriateness of communications between the Executive of the SPFL and other football governing bodies in relation to completing season 2019/20;

The interaction of SPFL executives with clubs during the voting process including the disclosure to clubs of how other member clubs had voted;

Compliance by the SPFL’s directors with the statutory and common law duties owed by them in relation to the resolution;

and Any other matters which the independent expert considers relevant.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And that was all cleared. So what is their issue with it now?

Where and when?

The internal investigation didn't cover any of that and infact raised a few further questions regarding Dundee's vote

Have you seen another investigation since?

The internal investigstion did cover that and cleared the voting process.

As they concluded dundee had the right to change vote within 28 days so it changes nothing

For supporters of a club who have kept their 'dignified silence' - they are rather vociferous.

Almost...dare I say it...'scarfy'?

to be fair on POV he has said that he could access it anytime with a call to IT, he personally wouldn't think it necessary to do so. Which will be true of any organisation. In my experience you can usually log in yourself too.

I cant understand why you wouldn't do that in the situation the SPFL were in. Should have been the first thing they checked.

I get 'Junk' email from my employers all the time as I contract for an organisation using another network. Those 'Junk' emails are very, very few and far between (maybe 3 a day) and I am alerted on the client's Outlook that I have received an email which needs to be decided if it is 'Junk' or not.

Come on - to suggest that the SFA are not a trusted e-mail correspondent is beyond ridiculous. They must 'converse' on a nigh daily basis!

A laughable excuse to be honest.

I actually do buy the quarantine thing. It has happened to me in a professional setting.These things can get jittery with attachments.

Negotiating a contract bid with a large IT healthcare company who we were already a supplier for was getting very close to the bid submission deadline and we were still waiting for an important document from them. They assured us they had sent it.

Despite their domain being whitelisted i did the sensible thing and asked IT to check quarantine and low and behold it was there. It had been sent from a no reply mailbox that they hadn't corresponded with us on previously.

Easy enough to happen but also why any competent person would check these things

The whole thing was typical of the amateurs running the Scottish game, but to be honest the correct outcome was reached so I don't really care about it anymore, Rangers agenda is clear as day.

ffs. This again

Have an enquiry by all means.

Question the integrity of one of the world’s leading auditors if you like but that makes you look completely fwcking stupid in all honesty. Who on here has the right to question the results of an investigation by them? What utter arrogant nonsense.

Now you may believe there are questions be answered that didn’t form part of the inquiry and that’s fair enough but for all the IT experts on here to drivel on about how they’ve have been so much more professional beggars belief.

Set all that aside. You want questions answered and interrogated by another independent party because this one didn’t fulfil your criteria, or in other words didn’t give you the answers you’d hoped for.

By all means crack on. Go and find an independent auditor and commission them to interrogate every single one of the 42 clubs to build up a picture. Also get them to interrogate and cross check statements, timings, call records, e mail accounts of everyone you suspect has been complicit in this amazing conspiracy.

When all this is done and they’ve seen your incredible jaw dropping “evidence” they’ll maybe manage to reach a summary and a conclusion for publication and maybe even to be challenged yet again.

All good for Rangers that? I mean it is what they want yes?

Excellent

See you with the results in 2022 and make sure you pay the multi hundreds of thousands of pounds of a bill on the way in the trust you are proven correct and can then legally go for repayment. Maybe Aberdeen, Hearts and a few others can help split the bill with you.

Meanwhile don’t expect all of Scottish football to hang about waiting for you.

Well?

My point ultimately is that why would an email from an organisation you do daily business (to suggest otherwise is just outright dickish) with was all of a sudden in their 'Junk' folder.

You don't need to be the sharpest of tools to smell that something wasn't right.

The other SPFL clubs are not going to agree to an investigation unless they see Rangers evidence. Hearts and Ross County have already said as much. Time to put up or shut up.

Ginger dont think you need to question Deloitte if you question the investigation they have been asked to undertake.

From what i can see all they have been asked to do is provide a chronology of the Dundee vote. Nothing else. There is absolutely no way that goes far enough.

The only things it has told us that we didn't know was that the SPFL made 2 calls to Dundee between them casting their vote and removing it.

and that the SPFL didn't bother to check their email quarantine until 20:30 despite those 2 calls where Dundee suggested they had sent it
