To be honest that relegation was probably good for United. They had become complacent and deserved to be relegated. We had a long spell of useless managers until we finally got the right man who succeeded in confirming the team as the most successful in English football history.
Also remember it well. Was the same season Utd fans jumped onto the roof at Norwich City
