They did promise to release their evidence 'well in advance of the EGM. That time-frame was never defined but I'd thought that if there are the normal calling-papers going out for the EGM then their evidence should be included with them.

I know where you’re coming from, but the EGM was called I think after 6 on Monday night. So basically they had yesterday in your timeframe.

They said they would get the info to clubs well in advance of the meeting which is just under 2 weeks away. I imagine they’ll send it out next week, which if we’re honest, should still be plenty of time.

I hope Rangers release the evidence just so that Irvine can get some release from the monster hard on he’s got about all this.

I was merely pointing out that papers to be considered at a meeting are normally sent out with the calling notice. And since they claimed in their last statement to already 'have a dossier of evidence' there seems no reason why this couldn't have happened.
That said, early next week would be fine.

There's a bit of me that says Rangers do have something pretty spectacular, but I don't get the sense in withholding it for some "Da. Da-da. Da Da" moment.

Surely the could have easily canvassed a few clubs on the quiet (Hearts, ICT, Dundee, Falkirk, Thistle, Stranraer etc etc) and shown them the evidence and garnered significant support instead of 2 clubs who acknowledge they've seen nothing?

Releasing the evidence cannot possibly allow anyone to "cover things up" as any deep search inquiry will be able to see phone records, e mail transcripts, deleted files etc etc as well as interviewing all parties concerned and cross questioning them. That's just paranoid nonsense.

Then of course there's the point that if someone or a few people have stepped well out of their boundaries to the point of coercion or corruption and they knew they were about to be exposed they'd just resign or someone would spill the beans to cover their own rse? Which then begs the question of why Robinson is still on the board but wants no part in this despite being previously an active member who must know what is or has been going on. Surely if he suspects foul play, he'd resign?

But then I see the letter sent out from the SPFL yesterday which in itself is equally challenging.

Then I remember that Rangers are fat vanks
