Malmo to win, Forest being vastly overrated, and the pressure will be to much for them. Malmo will show the footballing world that they are worthy champions. This Clough fella will amount to nothing. This will be easy for the Swedes in my opinion.

And a Scottish team won the European Cup before any English team.
What other English teams have won the European Cup more than once?
My statement is correct - just 2 other English teams along with Forest can boast such a record 👍🏼

Hence I used the word ENGLISH - but even then, Celtic have only won it the once I believe 👍🏼
Not many French, German, Spanish or Italian Teams have won it more than twice.
Just to put it into perspective.

Did Forest win two European Cups under Brian Clough? I never knew, maybe they should bring it up more often...

...Forest were the last British Club to win back to back European Cups
Forest should be back in the PL by now.
Remember when Ole came off the bench to score 4 goals against them? Good times.

That was painful - he scored 4 goals in about 9 minutes - terrible - then again we did have Ron Atkinson as our manager at the time
It’s been a pretty desperate last 20 years 😞

Grate achievement!
I believe only 8 teams have won it more than twice;
Real Madrid
Barcelona
Manchester Us
Liverpool
Milan
Internazionale
Ajax
Bayern Munich
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How many of those teams have won it more than 3 times?

That is meaningless info that nobody is interested in.

You’re right. What we should be asking is how many of these teams have won it more than FIVE times.

To be fair, I think in recent years since it changed to the Champions League, it’s list its credibility as a competition - it’s no longer the Champions of Champions as it was back in the day which for me doesn’t make it as prestigious - it’s just now a money making racket
Therefore the last 2 that Liverpool won, and the one Chelsea won are bogus, also the last one that Man won Utd because they weren’t champions of their respective leagues at the time. They were runners-up or even finished third or fourth which kind of makes a mockery of the whole competition to be honest.
It was a much better format in the earlier years of the competition when you had to be the champions of your respective league in order to qualify for the European cup. It should now be called the Champions League + the 3 or 4 runners up Cup Competition
Do in truth, Liverpool should really still only have 4, Man Utd 2, and Chelsea 0 😂
Only my opinion of course 👍🏼
