It's an obvious thing you would check if you were doing something by email on a deadline.

Theses people are paid 10 times what I am. it's pure incompetence.

The mitigation being the vote not being taken at a physical meeting, maybe for the first time en masse?

The speed of the requested response - ND has admitted should not have been so quick.

Nelms telling Drysdale to submit it from goodness knows email account as all working from home.

SPFL allowing 2 different email accounts to submit the vote.

No-that’s what you want to believe.

The reality is that it more than likely wouldn’t cross someone’s mind if they don’t normally deal with that.

I know that’s reality because I’ve done it after I had the quarantine system in place for nearly 18 months and had asked the person to send the same email 3 times!!

Sometimes, the most obvious answer isn’t always the most palatable.

The quarantine system is operated by a 3rd party provider, and it’s possible they would need them to release it.

The more I think on it, the more I find it quite easy to accept they didn't think of it for hours. Incompetence or flustered. I'll bet someone was thinking I've maybe accidentally deleted this I'm getting sacked, or they sure they've sent it.
