The ones mentioned in the OP are quite memorable to me, tbh. However, not having Sky back in the early days, a lot of names passed me by, Boncho Genchev stands out.

Benjani was class for a while and Tore Andre Flo was the original super sub.

He was a brilliant player. We’d signed him past his prime admittedly but he still did well for us.
Also, as to Bjorn Tore Kvarme - for those old enough to remember, he actually started quite well for the club but it was soon evident that he was pretty hopeless.
Got skinned by Danny Cademartori in a Goodison derby one year. That was a dark day

How could anyone forget Carlton Palmer existed. Never knew he existed maybe, but he is unforgettable if you don know of him.
I was watching PL years the other day and Stelios Giannakopoulos was on there. I’d completely forgotten about him.
Used to score some goals that lad.
Some of the bbc quizzes have been good for this... One was name every goal of the month winner... Amazing who you forget about
