I agree with both points.
The likes of Alli, Kane, Toby etc have basically spent the last three years either playing football or being injured due to playing too much football.
This is probably the first proper break away from the game for a long time given the 2018 world cup and 2019 champions league final extending their season.
However, ultimately Jose is not a very good manager any more so we'll be pretty rubbish regardless.
Have to say im a little baffled by the usual suspects on here who are desperate for no re-start. Yous now have kane son etc all back fit and raring to go. You have a decent set of fixtures including united Leicester and arsenal all at home. Its tough but theres a shout there for yous to put a run together and maybe force your way into that top 4.
Top 4 and champs league revenue is imperative to a team like spurs and you still have that opportunity. Yet some (2 in particular) are more focused on seeing another teams success stopped. Says more to me about their lack of belief in their teams current squad or management.

Hopefully with Kane and the others back we can go on a bit of an unbeaten run , doubt we will but you never know.

I think you’ll be less crap (not difficult really as you’ll have Kane back), but Mou will eventually pull through and smash it all into a million pieces and leave in a cloud of dust at some point next season.
