Sandy ... It’s simple economics. You can’t compare the moneybags Prem with the top flight in Scotland. You guys get gazilllions a year in TV handouts (100% profit), we get a few million a season from TV. Scottish clubs are largely reliant on match day revenues ... so if games can’t have fans, clubs can’t afford to play behind closed doors to complete the season. Everybody would rather have finished the season, even behind closed doors, but it wasn’t economic to do so. End of.

Our rules allow for calling the league if 75% of games have been completed. They were, so we called it, having agreed unanimously that no other option was viable. Next?

It is very fair, because no team had mathematically won the league , nor mathematically relegated. I find it strange you would think that was unfair. Nobody is losing out on an unfinished season.
