I would listen to all albums in chronological order starting with, Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin III, Untitled Album, Houses Of The Holy. Physical Graffiti.
Then watch the film; The Song Remains The Same (sound track available) to get to see what they are all about
Then listen to the last 3 studio albums; Physical Graffiti, Presence and In Through The Outdoor.
That should keep you entertained stuck on on a desert island.
