Was that the Robert Duvall scene? Not being pedantic, just can't remember the whole film and who was in it.

Ha, not Robert Duvall either!

No I don't think Duvall was in it. Pretty much the rest of Hollywood was.

Talking of True Romance, someone mentioned Pitt as having one of the best film catalogues. Well Jackson was in that too, and I'd say by the sheer volume of films he's starred in, he's been in a few.

Samuel L Jackson was seriously good playing Steven in Django Unchained.

Yeah great performance. I still rate his one in Pulp Fiction as his best.

Jackson was in that less than Pitt.
Pitt was great in Twelve Monkeys.

As well as James Gandolfini. There’s a few ‘oh it’s him/her before they got big’ roles in that film.

He was in that Fallen film with Washington too.

Jackson, even though he only has bit parts in a lot of films, has as many 4 or 5 out of 5 films than anyone else, IMO. Impressive how many successful films he's starred considering he found fame as an actor in his late 30's.

He was. Didn't have a clue who it was the first time I watched the film, but after that, the voice gives it away!

I found Brad Pitt’s performance in 12 monkeys to be hugely overrated

He’s a very very good actor and been brilliant in lots of movies but imo 12 Monkeys is not one of them

I wouldn’t say he’s up there with the best but I think Sam Rockwell is a boss actor

Really is isn't it, not watched it in a good while must watch again.

It's a film I can't watch repeatedly myself and I do tend to rewatch movies. I guess it's because of the twist.

I know what you mean. It's been a good few years now so should be good to watch again.

Some movies you can just watch over and over, must have watched the shining 100 times by now.

Assassination of Jesse James is worth a watch if you haven't seen it. Sam Rockwell AND Brad Pitt, and Casey Affleck who is also very good.

I've never watched the Shining all the way through. Or Forest Gump.

Thats made me think of Star Wars and then that's made me think of Alec Guiness. Fine actor.
