Be safe Fourzah. I went out yesterday and there seems to be an attitude of "doesn't apply to me" with regards to social distancing, now that we have relaxed some of the rules. I asked people to step away from me on a couple of occasions and you'd think I'd suggested they have the clap.

I'm not going out again next week - not where there is likely to be many people though.

Arnie is a body builder. For this gymnasts, climbers and free runners do the best. It is about being strong but trim. So not gigantic or you won't do well
