Right but what about the industries this is killing.

Football pubs etc.

Are the government going to stand back and say tough luck.

Ill be honest given the choice between the lickdown and the football and the pubs i choose the pubs.

But only 80 deaths a year in those >65 in England & Wales, Juke.

But they've stopped admitting all new patients.

This disease doesn't discriminate despite killing more older people.

Why would anyone trust this Government to suddenly start getting it right, when they have failed at every step so far.

I don't trust them. They're already responsible for tens of thousands of British citizens.

They have failed us all.

Yes ffs.

To stop those in the hospital with the virus from risking spreading it to new patients.

Makes perfect sense. There’s huge capacity in the NHS now.

Who on here hasn’t broken lockdown rules?

I haven't.

Who on here has fully obeyed social distancing?

I have to the best of my abilities.

Who on here has only left their work for the required exercising, shopping for essentials and work where they can’t from home?

Again, me.

But they don't do this with more contagious viruses.

If this virus isn't that deadly, and isn't worth lockdown or being cautious about opening up again, and isn't going to be an issue for schools.. then why such precautions?

Your argument doesn't make sense.. either the virus is not much to worry about as you suggest and this hospital (and SAGE experts) are all wrong about deadly outbreaks. Or they are right and you are wrong.

1. Dominic Cummings should be sacked. Instead he's giving a Presidential address from the Number 10 Rose Garden.

2. Scottish football is dying and if we're being honest it's probably a good thing. Rip it up and start all over again. 35 years with only two clubs winning the title means our league is already effectively dead anyway.

Has anyone apart from Barcelona, Real Madrid or Atletico won La Liga in the last 20 year?

The EPL has only been 4 clubs in that time too as it stands? Hardly much a difference.

I agree we need to change a lot about our game but because 2 clubs are winning it between them isn't the biggest issue.

The Scottish league has only ever been won by 11 clubs

And only 19 times out of 125 has it not been won by either of the 2 Glasgow clubs.

The current 36 year span with no other club winning it is the longest on record.

I think thats all accurate

posted on 25/5/20

In England 20 clubs have won the title and if we use the 36 year rule 8 teams have won in that period.

5 in the last 20

Waste of time ripping anything up unless people are actually going to go and support their local team.

Maybe putting into place a structure that allows the smaller teams to win something every now and again might bring the punters in, but it's hard to imagine what that without the OF don't claiming it disadvantages them.

It's a puzzler alright.

A brand new league with brand new clubs.

Boris say Dominic is innocent. I believe and trust in Boris one million percent.
As for Scottish football, the top teams should merge into the English league system but that will never happen because of too many vested interests.

WTF is this? Unelected aides are not , under the rules, permitted to make public statements? But of course the normal rules just don't seem to apply to Gollum.
This is a disgrace and Boris has overstepped the mark in allowing this. The PM simply cannot be seen to be condondoning yet more rule breaking and he really needs to go
