Just wondered if the deal had been signed or just agreed. He's alrwdy there on loan isn't he?
PSG’s Twitter says he’s officially a PSG player now. I think their window is open.
PSG had an option to buy which expired on 1st June, I believe. So they’ve taken it up, albeit I believe they actually managed to reduce the fee due to corona.

Interesting question actually. If it opens on June 10th as it was due to, presumably Chelsea will get Ziyech for the remainder of the season? There'll be little resistance from Ajax with the Eredivise over.
He’ll officially become a Chelsea player but won’t be allowed to be registered for the premier league until next season.
