short of a release clause ofc.
they got 135m from barca for dembele, from Barcelona... Sancho is clearly more talented younger and English... If Man Utd go in for him and theres no release/buyout clause its 200m minimum probably with addons ontop of that.
And tbh they'd be silly not to ask for these numbers.

United tried to tempt Dortmund by offering 600k a week Sanchez in a swap
From I’ve seen of him he’s undoubtedly a huge talent but possibly a bit of a flat track bully so far.
they got 130m from barca for Dembele? I'd expect if Utd went in they'd be looking at breaking Neymar record 250m or something.
--------------------------------------------
Dembele had four years left on his contract before he signed for Barcelona, not two like Sancho does and Dembele and Dortmund weren't on good terms either when he moved.
I think it's pretty clear given what the likes of Honigstein and co have said which is if Dortmund receive an offer of around €120 million, they'll not stand in Sancho's way and I think that's been agreed by both player and club in this case. If they don't he'll stay for another year without any issues.

only 2 years, that could lower it sure, depends on the player, he is 20 afterall and he was wise enough to make the move to dortmund for first team football and progression whilst turning down 30k a week to become highest paid academy playing in history at city. So he might also be wise enough to bide his time at Dortmund and sign a new contract.
Also if its 120m euro id be shocked if Utd are the only ones in for him at that price.
United are going to need CL to tempt him and also be able to pay that fee plus 300k a week wages.

Making up things as you go along ( Your last bit ).
whoevers advising Sancho has got it spot on so far, im not sure a move to Utd would be good career move for him at this time but im also not sure it'd be bad, they are imo going in the right direction under OLE when it comes to signings etc and what theyre trying to build.
However if he does go to Utd im sure those advising him will be after more than 300k a week, isnt martial on 250? Some dude on loans on 600k?
Especially if hes making it with no CL footy.

Of course you would say that, You wouldn't of said it if Liverpool were in for him, I'm sorry, But I have to disagree with you, Jadon Sancho will have a good career if he joins United, We need a right-winger, And stop making stuff up about his wages as well, .

Where did i say he wouldnt have a good career at United? did you read it all?
just offering my opinion on his wages with the info at hand making an educated guess and one i thinks pretty fair all things considered.
Sancho is on 190k a week at Dortmund. His next move he will demand 300k minimum and even more if other players in squad earn more.
You dont expect Sanchos advisors to know what United are paying Martial Sanchez Pogba etc? And that if he agrees to move and Utd dont have CL it wont effect salary demands? Hes at Dortmund on nearly 200k a week with CL footy isnt he?
So he might also be wise enough to bide his time at Dortmund and sign a new contract.
----------------------------------------------
Of course that's always a possibility but from what I've read, it seems like he wants to return to England and a move to United does appeal despite us being in the position we're in.
----------------------------------------------------
Also if its 120m euro id be shocked if Utd are the only ones in for him at that price.
----------------------------------------------------
It's still a lot of money, especially now and not many clubs aside from ourselves could afford it.
---------------------------------------------
United are going to need CL to tempt him and also be able to pay that fee plus 300k a week wages.
--------------------------------------------------
Wages won't be a problem given our wages to turnover is a little over 50% of our entire revenue which is pretty low in terms of the Premier League.
We'll surely be getting rid of some high earners in the next transfer window anyway.

All valid points. Be interesting to see what happens, PL be a better place with him thats for sure, some talent.
Yeah the wages is what rules us out. We have Salah on 200k a week and if we bring in Sancho at 300k a week it will upset the apple card. Maybe a year or 2 in our Nike deal would help us compete.

I dont think wages would be our angle, as it stands we offer more in other areas than Utd. Sancho proved hes not greedy and all about money turning down 30k a week at City as an academy product, risking it all in the hope of more playing time abroad. So a player like Sancho may well take 200k at Liverpool but demand much more at Utd and thats surely understandable as it stands?
Also it has been proven in the past that you don't necessarily need to be in the CL to tempt good footballers to join your club. I'm not saying that'll be the case with Sancho but it's not impossible.
I never believed this would be likely at all given our situation, how well Sancho's career has been planned out so far and other clubs that I thought would've been involved but over the last few months I've started to believe more and more.
I also think the opportunity to play with Rashford at club level could be tempting for Sancho as it seems like they're pretty good friends.
I know he has a lot of friends at Chelsea as well but I'm not sure they're able or willing to compete for him.
I hope I’m wrong because he’s a cracking player but I think there’s a really good chance of Utd signing him.
There’s been zero noise about City resigning him and simply put, no other English team can financially compete with Utd without blowing up their existing wage structure.
Barca and RM have to be competitors (if they’re interested) but if Sancho comes back to the English game then Utd are pretty much the only show in town imo.
Will be funny if he ends up at Newcastle then as a "Project" signing.
