I'm pretty sure I said quite early in the discussion that I thought they were hiding the level of their negligence. Prior to watching the documentary on the case I'd have been more open to them being involved, but less so after watching it. I do think that there are a lot of inconsistencies in their story though.

I don’t think there’ll ever be a winner. I’m firmly in the camp of needing hard evidence to be convinced the parents had no involvement.

We’ll see. He’s been painted as a potential fit given alleged history, but it will be interesting to see what evidence they have. Sadly I think this will never be truley solved.
