Are you sure? I've heard conflicting reports on this, but nothing has been confirmed. Squads will have changed by then, so it would be strange if you couldn't register new players

Interestingly enough, it looks like the Bundesliga transfer window is going to open more than three weeks before the PL transfer window, and La Liga’s window a week before.
There might be a few moves agreed and money moving before the PL clubs get involved.
Those clubs that need cash quickly might be willing to accept offers early from clubs in the same league as PL clubs won’t be able hand over any money until 25 July.

He didn’t kill it off though either. There’s clearly something going on which is great. Hopefully we can close the deal. I just hope that CL football isn’t a necessity for the deal to happen this year as we may not get it.
I hope Sancho sees what is being put together at United because without wanting to get carried away but if he joins, our team is so young and full of talent, there’s a real chance of us going right back to where we were in the next 3 years, a real chance.

I think the only way dortmund will sell this summer is if he really kicks off. The market is bad for selling the most valuable players so it never makes sense to sell a prime asset when there is little competition to drive up the price.
If u get cl football I thibk its possible. Without it I find it unlikely. He has a long contract and if his club wait a yer, and his form continues, they would have several interested clubs and make more cash.
If united offer the 100-120 million they want then I think he goes. Money talks. For a more reasonable fee I think man u have to hope for a few things out their control.

Whilst I think we might get sancho it all depends if we will break out transfer record, hard to say thanks to covid....
