Anyone following the English Open?

Taken nearly 2 hours for 3 frames in Selbys match tonight. Thankfully not televised.

I've been following it yep. Vafaei was like 2-0 up pretty quickly but ever since then only 1 frame has been played lol.
John Higgins beat Ding Junhui 4-1, Judd Trump beat Gary Wilson 4-1, Higgins has looked pretty sharp so far this week. Matthew Stevens stunned Ronnie earlier on with a 4-1 victory, his potting success was 98%

Higgins has played well this week. Judd has been improving as well.

Possibility both could meet in the semi finals but Judd has got Kyren Wilson in the quarter finals which will be a very tough match!

Judd Trumps beat Kyren Wilson 5-1 so tomorrow night it will be Judd Trump vs John Higgins in the semi finals, the other semi final in the afternoon will be between Mark Selby and Neil Robertson.

From what I have seen, Robertson should be beating Selby quite comfortably. But can see Selby grinding Robertson down again.

Should be close between Trump and Higgins, both look in good form. Think Trump will edge it.

It's tricky to call, Judd has a recent good record against Higgins but Higgins has looked sharpe this week so far and been playing some good stuff. Judd started this tournament off slowly and was fortunate to come through a few matches but has played very well in his last 2 matches. Robbo and Selby is a match that can go either way. I know Selby hammered him in the world championship but I can see this being a different outcome this time.

2 decent semi finals, Robbo beat Selby 6-5, Judd Trump beat Higgins 6-4, Higgins played pretty well though and was a little unfortunate in the last frame with that foul but Judd did well to win the last 3 frames and win a tough match.

Great final. Robbo was playing so well when he led 7-4 and I thought it was over. Judd Trump had to dig and he found a way to win. That was a great century he made in the decider

Yea, Robertson missed that red after a kick 65 points up, but Trump did well, equals Selby & Robertson on 18 ranking titles

Judd is proving very hard to beat. Has got a very good all round game.
