They're every where in Cardiff.

I think they're a great way to get around and less carbon etc but I do agree, they should not be allowed on Roads. Should be path only and when there's not enough room to get pass people walking they should get off.

ive seen loads for under a grand and they look decent enough
what kind of ones you been looking at that are 2500?
