Whether we lift it or not won't make a difference to fan behaviour either way in my opinion. It will still be the last home game of a memorable season.
Some European Countries are allowing fans back in already. Hungary and i think Poland being two.
I have thought that BCD is the forseeable future then i think to how Europe seem to be recovering to (some form of normal) quicker than anyone could imagine. I have been one of the optimistic one's but even i wasn't expecting pubs and travel back so soon!
So in short, i genuinely wouldn't be surprised to see fans back in stadiums a lot sooner than we think, infact if pubs/travel doesn't cause a spike i'd put money on fans back for the new season in September.
