Dunno about you, but when I'm shopping I rarely sing songs at high volume or shout at other customers over the course of 90 mins.

FWIW it's an absolute joke that these three clubs are having to carry the burden of the legal costs.

Sure they can use that money they got from the mystery benefactor to cover the costs between them

So Lenny wasn’t bleeding in the papers about moving the OF fixtures back for him ? No ?

Did I make that up ?

No one predicted our first trip to pittodrie was the 1st match and Celtic were at home ? Did I make all that up with my bitterness , yea 😁ðŸĪŠðŸĪĢ😂😁

Que , what you on about ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
champions are always at home though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Most people know that , have you looked at the fixtures ? The past two years the first OF game was at the beginning OF September , Lenny wanted it later so it’s now 44 days later , some computer that , can’t find an email but can churn out Lennys requirements.

On the day that the SPFL have released the Premiership fixture list for 2020/21, which is scheduled to start on 1st August, instead of looking forward and planning for the forthcoming season, the executive team and Board at the Club are embroiled in preparation work for the SFA arbitration process that starts this week in respect of the action raised by Heart of Midlothian and Partick Thistle.

Dungcaster is responsible for that , the guy who thinks the SFA are arbitrators and not 3 judges from the judicial 😁 this is going to end well for Neily isn’t it he also thinks he won last week 😁

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm stunned that anyone thought any different to be honest.

Anything in terms of compensation or legal fees was always going to have to be paid by the clubs.

But wasn't Doncaster being slated for asking the clubs the very same thing in supporting them?

When all this talk was going about stopping the leagues or whatever it was always the clubs who would have to end up paying.

Which begs the question that if arbitration finds against them, why don't the clubs in turn sue Hearts, Thistle etc for the money they've spent in a needless defence?

Ah ok.

Still puts us at a financial disadvantage though.

I'll consult with timmy about the appropriate legal recourse.

however we remain incensed that we are having to devote considerable time and incur significant legal costs in defending this action. Together we have already incurred costs of over £50,000, and face further legal fees for the arbitration process that could take the total bill to over £150,000.

yet you won last week , did you not think of that before Neily hauled you into court ffs 😁 bummer having strings attached to a title you haven’t won , you are not the only one too 😁
