it does look like ENIC isn't going to move us forward. the stadium has been a fantastic achievement, as has raising the profile of the club globally from 20 years ago to where we are today.

however with things in place we now need investment desparately in the playing side or all of the above will be pointless, and i don't think that they are going to do it.

as THFC is merely a diversification business in ENICs portfolio, it wouldn't surprise me if once a bit more development around stadium / station / shopping centre etc is done then the club is sold

I think that final step always did prove to be the hardest and Levy hasn’t been able to achieve that. It’s tough to figure out though how much of it is his doing, how much is just circumstance and how much is driven from above (Joe L*wis)

I doubt the club will get sold as no one will want to stump up the huge amount it’ll cost.

A wealthy man could go buying any club in London that’s not the top 3 and put them on the map in less money it would cost just to buy us.

It's good to see so many Spurs fans on board the anti-Levy bus now.

Welcome along.

The problem about allowing Jose time to buy his own players is that simply isn't realistic. Both levy have gone to great lengths to point out there will be a limited transfer budget this summer (it's gonna be even smaller now with no CL) The best we can hope for is a couple of free agents/loans and those are questionable given what levy pays in wages.... Does anyone really think curt Zouma or Wilian will make much of a difference ??

Jose has repeatedly said he's happy with the squad... it's not gonna get any better !!

Jose was bored to make top 4... nothing else... he has failed on that objective and should go now... otherwise all we are doing is killing time until his next massive pay-off .

i don't blame Jose, he's a limited manager with a limited/ under invested squad of players .... These results and performances should come as a surprise to nobody.. the fault for Spurs' demise lays solely at the Levy's door

Jose a limited manager.

Hasn`t he won multiple Prems, CLs and an assortment of other titles and domestic trophies.

Honestly, do you really believe what you post?

very good. We cannot get better players than what we have. One thing is not scoring goals and the other is that the players are not good enough. They are good enough. I don't want to replace my players."

So the Manager says the players are good enough.

Pretty sure the likes of Donald and Sandy were lauding our signings in the summer, both have now turned on them and don’t rate them. What they fail to realise is it’s the managers job to get the best out of the players. He sets them up. It’s not the players job to bail out the managers tactical failures. I wish there would be some consistency from some posters.

We have top 4 quality forward players and a relegation level defence. So if your forced to use what you’ve got, work to your strengths. Go out and conceded goals, just ensure you do enough going forward to win. Would much rather see us win 4-3 week in week out then win 1-0 thanks to an own goal.

Let’s be honest they are widely regarded as two of the least intelligent/consistent posters on the board.
